ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training

Course Description:

This course teaches the fundamental requirements to conduct Internal Audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Each clause of the standard is explored–learning what it means, how to apply it to the “real world”, and how to audit it. Role-playing audit scenarios help develop a hands-on understanding that will facilitate the implementation of a solid Internal Audit Program.

Who Should Attend:

This course is intended for individuals responsible for conducting, managing, or participating in Quality Management System Internal Audits including quality directors, QA/QC managers or supervisors, manufacturing, process, or supply chain engineers, and/or ISO coordinators.

  • Thoroughly understand the seven (7) Quality Management Principles of ISO 9001:2015,what they require, and how to audit them.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of the Internal Auditor, how to developaudit plans, and how to conduct opening and closing meetings.
  • Learn how to verify that your organization’s current practices conform torequirements by gathering objective evidence through observation, interviewing,and document sampling.
  • Be prepared to conduct all phases of an Internal Audit:
Planning Recording
Execution Follow-up
Reporting Closure

Certification:
Upon completion of the course, the participants will receive a certificate to recognize the time and topics covered during this course.
