The manufacturing industry is in a constant state of evolution. Embracing this change for the better, employers are scrutinizing their total rewards packages and giving precedence to employee wellbeing. Traditional benefit portfolios are being phased out, making room for purpose-driven benefits.

To effectively address the diverse interests and needs of employees with limited policies and programs, refocusing is imperative. Success lies in establishing a foundation for intentional communication and engagement with the workforce, guided by a clear strategy for sustained progress. Discover how manufacturing employers are shifting their focus towards employee value and enhanced culture, rather than funneling additional funds into traditional benefit plan designs.
