Do you manage a team and find yourself spread too thin? Do you feel like you work longer hours than necessary and cannot seem to get enough from your team? Is time your enemy? A key to maximizing the return on your investment of time is to leverage yourself by delegating activities and tasks that do not represent the highest and best use of your time but are nevertheless important. Every highly productive person understands the importance of leverage—doing more with less, getting more from less—and will master this strategy. In doing so, effective delegation will dramatically increase your productivity by leveraging your time, energy, talents and activities.

What You Will Learn:
• Increase productivity by delegating your low-value activities.
• Select the best person to whom to delegate your low-value activities.
• Adjust your delegation style appropriately according to the task relevant maturity of the individual to whom you are delegating an activity or task.
• Ensure excellent results by mastering the principles of effective delegation.

Who Should Attend?
This webinar can benefit any business leader, from the most senior leader in an organization to a first-time supervisor who manages a team. Use this webinar as a refresher on effective delegation or as the building block for strong delegation capabilities.
