Using AI Technology to Crosstrain & Upskill Employees

This introductory workshop is part of the NERDIC Industry 4.0 Readiness Ecosystem program for small manufacturing enterprises in the defense supply chain. For more information, please visit ccat.us/NERDIC.

Stanley X, in partnership with DeepHow, will share their AI-powered solution to capture, train and transfer knowledge among skilled workers. This system allows documentation of standard work of high performing, subject matter expert employees, converting into Smart how-to videos for staff to learn from.

Learning Objectives – Learn how the DeepHow augmented AI software learning tools can:

• Expedite training and onboarding
• Standardize work and procedures for employees
• Provide user friendly online video access to standard operating procedures, in multiple languages
• Reduce training time and improve performance

Participants will be invited to apply to be one of twelve companies selected to be part of a free 60-day pilot utilizing this software.

Grant for NH manufacturers seeks to strengthen domestic supply chain

A federal grant of $400,000 is directed to New Hampshire manufacturers to help them build a supply chain that relies more on local and national suppliers and less on foreigners companies.
