“After the pandemic manufacturing slowed down. So we were looking for ways to diversify and appeal to different industries,” said Emerson Bilodeau, Director of Quality and Engineering at AeroDynamics. “We were already in the aerospace market, but it dipped like everything else. So we decided to go after the medical market thinking it would be a good fit for us.” But to do that AeroDynamics realized they needed to go after ISO 13485:2016 certification

Kristian and his partners knew they needed a system to get their products out quicker, with less mistakes, for less cost and increased customer satisfaction. After doing some research they learned NH MEP had a Principles of Lean Manufacturing Training Program and reached out to them for help.

“We started hearing rumblings from our customers that CMMC was coming down the pipeline and we really didn’t know much about it,” said Dan Villemaire, President of C&M Precision Tech. “ At that point, we started looking into how we could get ahead of this and become CMMC compliant.”
